How do you charge for your services?
We use a flat rate fee to charge for our services. We find this is the easiest way for our clients to organize their budget & properly plan for their investment in the project ahead.

How long does a typical project take?
Depending on the size of your project & what we are doing for you, this may vary. Here are typical timelines from Design Development to Completion of your project.
- Furniture & Styling: 1-4 months
- Exterior Design/Remodel: 3-6 months
- Interior Design/Remodel: 3-8 months
- New Build: 12-18 months
Where do you shop for items for my home?
We source most of the furniture & decor we select for our clients from our broad list of vendors. We tend to stay away from the 'big box' stores & go directly to the manufacturer to ensure we source truly unique pieces at the best pricing possible.
