We want you to love every item you purchase. But if you aren't totally over the moon we do offer returns with store credit issued.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item(s) must be free of strong odors that make it un-sellable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the exchange in part to damage or our error.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
All returns must have original packaging, tags attached & be in sellable condition. Any return item missing packaging or emitting an odor that may make it un-sellable will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or clearance items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, use your credit to make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved for store credit or not. If approved, you’ll be emailed with a code for your store credit equal to the return minus shipping charges. This credit can be used at your convenience as it does not expire.
